The Chikodi Taluka Education Society was established by the sincere efforts of local patrons in 1919 to promote the education in and around chikodi region. The premier motto of the society is to fulfill the every kind of educational necessities of the general mass. Ever since, the society is considered as premier society of the region. The society has its head quarter at Chikodi itself for better management of the all educational institutions.

The Chikodi Taluka Education Society has made a steady growth & remarkable progress since its inception in the year 1919. The society through generosity of its patrons, dedicated services of managing body. Heads of the institutions & Teaching faculty has its own reputation in the minds of not only in student’s community but also among general public of the region. Today the society through its single campus is providing education from Pre-Primary to graduation along with Teacher Training courses i.e. B.P.Ed., B.Ed. & D.Ed. The society has the basic intention of developing self employment abilities in the young generation. Therefore, it introduced vocational courses in the campus.
