We offer many courses in Yoga and Meditation for the Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced practitioner. We follow the ancient discipline of yoga practise as taught by Sri Swami Vishnudevananda our founder, one of the foremost disciples of Sri Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh. One of the great yoga masters of twentieth-century India.
We are centrally located within the city, behind the Padmanabhaswamy Temple in West Fort. The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre is a part of the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres (ISYVC), a non-profit organization run by voluntary staff and dedicated to the aim of disseminating the knowledge of yoga.
