           Nestled within the Bangalore University’s sprawling campus, the RIESI germinated in the year 1963. Located 10 kms away from the hubbub of the city, it provides a natural ambience for learning, and addresses the English educational needs of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu in Southern India.
The Institute is funded and run by the four southern states of India - Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
