In the year 2005, the renowned T.D. Education College Rewa was started, in the year 2009, society established T.D. Education College Chakghat in northen region of the Rewa district. Recognizing the need for nursing education the society started T.D. Institute of Professional Studies & Research Center in 2010. Over the past 08 years, it got established itself as one of the premier college of the country, which focuses on quality & value based education & research. The society managerment is trying to expand its educational activities as per the requriements of the society of general. T.D. Education College has its own campus situated at Sirmour Road, Lakshamanpur (Lauva) Rewa. The campus is about 12 Km from Rewa old bus stand, 10 Km from Sirmour Chauraha and 05 Km from A.P.S. University, Rewa. T.D. Education College known for excellence in teacher education & research, has been imparting quality, education to the students. The National Council for Teachers Education has sanctioned 35 seats for M.Ed., 100 seats for B.Ed. and 50 seats for D.Ed. programmed, M.Ed and B.Ed. Courses are affiliated to Awadhesh Pratap Singh University Rewa , and D.Ed Course is affiliated to Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education Bhopal. The College has spacious campus containing well maintained lawns, playgrounds and separate hostel for girls. It provides excellent library service. The government schools of Lauva, Sagara and Itaura work as experimental schools for the college. A number of dimensions have been added to the teacher training programme so as to make it as comprehensive as possible. The syllabus prescribed by the A.P.S. University Rewa is enriched by seminars, workshops, symposia, community activities, educational camps and numerous modes of other practical works.
