The college run under The Samrat Public Sikshan Sansthan (SPSS) 2007. In 2007 SPSS started the institution, Shri Onkar Singh Memorial Woman T.T. College, founded by Narpat Singh Shekhawat.
The SPSS is making remarkable progress under the able leadership of experienced, dynamic and dedicated members of the society. Feeling the importance of Teachers Training education for womens, SPSS has startedMahila T.T. College with an intake of 100 students, from the session 2007- with 100 seats for all faculty.
