Pandit Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing & Visual Arts B.Arch Admission 2024-25

Pandit Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing & Visual Arts, Rohtak came into existence on August 5, 2014 through Haryana Act No. 24 of 2014 by integrating four Government Technical Institutions, namely State Institute of Fine Arts (SIFA), State Institute of Design (SID), State Institute of Film & Television (SIFT) and State Institute of Urban Planning & Architecture (SIUPA). This university is running 14 undergraduate and four postgraduate programmes, based on Choice Based Credit System (CBCS).

Eligibility Criteria

• A candidate who has 50% marks in Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination by a recognized board or institution is eligible to apply for this course. As per Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) admission prospectus of B.E./B. TECH/B. Arch programs for the session 2020-21. Application Process

• Admissions shall be done only through online process (please visit the university website- www.plcsupva.ac.in).
• The candidates are advised to read the prospectus carefully before filling up the application form. The prospectus and the admission form for admission to various courses offered by the university can be downloaded from the university website.
• The processing charges for the application form for admission are Rs 600/- for General Category candidates and Rs. 150/- for SC/BC candidates/Girl students (Haryana only). The SC/ST/BC candidates belonging to the states other than Haryana, will be treated as General category candidates for all purposes.
• A candidate applying for more than one programme will have to submit separate application form and fee for each additional programme.
• The scanned copy of original documents (in JPEG format), testimonials of all the examinations passed by the candidate from matriculation onwards/other documents including certificates for claiming reservation, if any, and latest character certificate should be uploaded while filling online application form.
• The candidates are advised to download the submitted form and take a printout to rule out any discrepancy.

3. Detailed Mark Sheet (DMC) of the qualifying examination (degree/diploma) for PG courses

4. Character Certificate from the institution last attended

5. Certificate of Reserved Category and other related certificates, if applicable.

6. Latest Income Certificate issued on or after 01/04/2019, for SC/BC category

7. Gap Year Certificate

B.Arch Fee Structure

• Continuation Fee- Rs. 1500/-
• Tuition Fee- Rs. 18,000/-
• Development Charges- Rs. 2500/-
• Examination Fee- Rs. 5000/-
• Student Fund- Rs. 2500/-
• Laboratory Fee- Rs. 2500/-

NOTE- 50% concession in tuition fee for Haryana female students. The university awards scholarship to one student securing 1st position in promotional classes of his/her programme. 

Admission Procedure

• Admission for B.Arch. shall be made on the basis of valid NATA score conducted by Council of Architecture OR valid JEE score (For Architecture) and marks secured in the qualifying examination in the ratio of 50:50 through on-line and off-campus counseling by HSTES, as per the scheduled and key dates decided by HSTES mentioned in their Admission Prospectus of B.E./B.Tech/B. Arch programs.

NOTE- Provisional admissions shall be done on the basis of online submission of application from and relevant documents. Admission shall be regularized only after the verification of the original documents.
