Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University PhD Admission 2024-25

Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University was founded in the year 2018 run by “Shri Rawatpura Sarkar Lok Kalyan Trust” the Chhattisgarh Private Universities Act, 2005. It is recognized by UGC (University Grant Commission) and approved by PCI (Pharmacy Council of India), BCI (Bar Council of India), INC (Indian Nursing Council), NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education), and AICTE (All India Council for Techanical Education). The university offers vvarious UG, PG, Diploma, and Doctorate level programs in different fields of Business, Media, Arts, Science, Nursing, Yoga and Naturopathy, Education, Paramedical, Engineering, Law, Management, Social work, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Library and Information science, Fashion and Interior Designing, Banking and various Government sector.

Eligibility criteria for admission to Ph.D. program

  • Candidates for admission to the Ph.D. Program shall have Masters Degree or Professional Degree declared equivalent to the master's degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' IN THE UGC 7- point scale. 
  • Relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC(noncreamy layer)/Differently-Abled.

Duration of the Program

  • Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of the three years including course work and a maximum of six years (5yrs + 1yr extension).

1 Fill the Application Form

  • The Admission process at SRU starts with the filling of Application Form. You can obtain hard copy of the form from SRU Campus of fill online here. 

2 Submit The Form

  • If you filled the hard copy of the Application Form, then you need to submit the form with all the required docs at SRU Campus. If you filled the form online, you need not to submit hardcopy of the same.

3 Review The Submission

  • After submitting the form you can come to campus for any changes/rectification to be done before final submission.

4 Submit Necessary Documents

  • After scrutinising your application form, if everything is inline, you can submit your requisit docs at Campus.

PhD Course Fee Structure

  • Registration Fee- Rs. 600/-
  • Caution Fee- Rs. 2000/-
  • Prospectus Fee- Rs. 500/-
  • Library Fee- Rs. 600/Year
  • Course Fee- Rs. 250600/- (Total Course Fee)

Admission Procedure

University shall admit Ph.D. students through an Entrance Test conducted by it and also those students who qualify UGC-NET (including IRII) UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF) SLET, GATE.
