KNCET has six under graduate courses like,Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology with the in take of 60 students, Civil engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering with the in take of 120 students and Mechanical Engineering with the in take of 240 students. 

KNCET has three post graduate courses like, Computer Science and Engineering and Applied Electronics with the in take of 18 students &and Embedded System Technologies with the in take of 24 students.
