ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਰਜਿੰਦਰਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਾਸ਼ੀ ਮਾਰਗ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਥਿੱਤ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਮਾਲਵੇ ਦਾ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਵਿੱਦਿਅਕ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਉਲੇਖ ਐਨਸਾਈਕਲੋਪੀਡੀਆ ਬ੍ਰਿਟੇਨਿਕਾ ਦੀ ਜਿਲਦ ਤਿੰਨ, ਪੰਨਾ 564 'ਤੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪਰਉਪਕਾਰੀ ਵਿੱਦਿਆ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਦੀਵਾ 1904 ਵਿੱਚ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਹੌਲੀ-ਹੌਲੀ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਚਾਨਣ ਦਾ ਘੇਰਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਗਿਆ। 1940 ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰਾ ਇੰਟਰਮੀਡੀਏਟ ਕਾਲਜ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ। 1950 ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀ.ਏ. ਅਤੇ 1955 ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਲਾਸਾਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ। 1962 ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀ.ਐਸਸੀ. ਦੀਆਂ ਕਲਾਸਾਂ ਵੀ ਚਾਲੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ। ਇਸ ਕਾਲਜ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਸਥਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਾਸ਼ੀ ਮਾਰਗ 'ਤੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਤੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਗਿਆ। 1968 ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀ.ਕਾਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਲਾਸਾਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਈਆਂ। 2016 ਵਿੱਚ ਯੂ.ਜੀ.ਸੀ. ਦੀ ਆਟੋਨੌਮਸਬਾਡੀ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਅਸੈਸਮੈਂਟ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਰੈਡਿਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਕੌਸਲ ਦੀ ਪੀਅਰ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਨਿਰੀਖਣ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਇਸ ਕਾਲਜ ਨੂੰ ਬੀ ਗਰੇਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਇਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਕਦੀ ਟਿੱਬਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੱਲੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ, ਹੌਲੀ-ਹੌਲੀ ਖਿੜੀ ਹੋਈ ਇੱਕ ਰੌਚਕ ਫੁਲਵਾੜੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਹੁਣ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਦਿਅਕ, ਸਰੀਰਕ ਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਜ਼ਾਦ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਸਾਡੀ ਸੱਭਿਅਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਸੁਚੇਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਣ ਅਤੇ ਵਿੱਦਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਿੱਛੋਂ ਜਨ-ਸੇਵਾ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਰਹਿਣ।
