GM institute of Technology a hi-tech engineering college was established in the academic year 2001-02 by Srishyla Educational Trust ®, Bheemasamudra with the vision of Sri. G. Mallikarjunappa, the Founder President of the Trust and the then Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Davangere.

After completing eleven successful academic years, the institution is running in its twelve year with 06 Engineering branches with the total intake of 465, with all facilities. Spread over a vast areas of 49 acres its intake being filled up every year with merited students which is the proof of excellent facilities and teaching provided in the institution.
