The Christian Hospital was established by a group of Indian Christian Doctors' and other medical and allied personnel, who dedicated themselves to serve the community in a rural area. The College of Nursing is a Christian Minority College attached to its parent hospital. The ANM school was started in the year 1978 with an annual intake of 10 students. The School of Nursing got affiliated to CMAI in the year 1980. In the year 1987, College of Nursing was started. The College of Nursing offers 50 seats in its 4 year B.Sc Nursing Program. Half of these seats are usually filled through the State Government admission process and half by the management.The institution is reputed to have high standards in its academic & practice areas. A new academic block has been added with spacious classrooms and upgraded laboratory facilities. The college offers excellent Library facilities and gives its students ample opportunity to develop their extra-curricular talents. Our Institution also has a Training institute which trains students for certificate course of Medical Lab Technician and X- ray Technician for one year.
