Objective & Aim - This eastern part of District Fatehpur is an utterly under developed region & has been declared as Asevit Vikas Khand by The State Govt.
Population Profile - About 75 K.M. radius of this region comprises of poor, illiterate & deprived people belonging to SC, ST, O.B.C. and minority.
Professionally the inhabitants are either petty business men or farmers.
Illiteracy Percentage has been about 70%and other primary need facilities have been meager.
To Meet out the challenges related to so social aspirations and needs specially of Higher education-Shree Dayal Saran Singh a devoted social worker & Community leader rose to occasion, formed a socio-cultured society- Shiva Bhajan Singh Gram Vikas Shiksha Samiti & along with his associates founded the institution with Herculean efforts in Shivapuri Village.
