The idea of setting up Star Struck Acting School in Jaipur is inspired by the problems Mr Rahul Sood faced in his pursuit of an acting career. Not knowing where to start, as there were no acting schools in Rajasthan, he had to shift base to Mumbai.
It was not going to be easy. In Mumbai a newcomer has to face a host of problems.
Some of the biggest challenges of a life in Mumbai are prohibitively high cost of living, finding food that suits a Rajasthani palate, and then the painful experience of daily commute. By the time he came to terms with these issues, three months had passed. Finally, the search began to find the right acting school. After doing an extensive survey he picked one acting school, but he had to wait for two months as the school he chose was in the middle of its course. Waiting for the new batch made things worse, as each additional day in Mumbai was consuming time and costing money. After spending almost a year and a hefty sum of money, he successfully completed his three-month acting course. After carefully considering these factors, backed by his vast and varied work experience in television, Mr Rahul Sood has come up with Star Struck Acting School so that aspiring actors could gain from his acting skills and experiences. The courses are designed keeping in mind the actual working conditions on the sets of a Film/Television.
