College Sardaha Chas, Bokaro is run by a registered charitable and non-profitable society named as JHARKHAND SHIKSHA SWASTHYA ABAM JANKALYAN SAMITI vide registration no. 1008/2008-2009 dated 05/02/2009. The main objective of the society is the upliftment and betterment of the weaker sections of the society and change of their life style by providing educational skill and job opportunity. As per Constitutional provision and the agreed document of the Society, the College is an imperative need for a larger number of untrained graduate youths of the region and make them qualified to seek employment and to promote human resource which could be safely entrusted with the responsibility of teaching the students in the light of cultural, religious and linguistic heritage of tribal community of Jharkhand so that they may be able to discharge their national obligation, making India a glorious nation.B.B.M. B.Ed. College Sardaha Chas Dist - Bokaro is situated near Nagen More (Binod more) on Chas–Purulia Road (beside NH-32) under Sardaha Gram-Panchayat. This has been established in the year 2010 on the inspiration of Late Binod Bihari Mahato, popularly known as Binod Babu, who was an eminent lawyer, lover of education, great politician and a social reformer.The institution has been initiated by a group of intellectuals and social activists with a view to cater to the need of higher and technical education among the wards of local Adiwasis, Harijans, Bachwards, Displaced and other economically weaker section of the society.The institution has a well equipped building with laboratories, library and other essential facilities as required by National Council for Teacher Education. It is located in a very peaceful area far from the noise and rush of the city.
