The Sadhu Vaswani Mission is a non-profit organization engaged in spiritual, educational, humanitarian and social activities. It endeavours to reach out with its caring services to the poor, needy, sick and aged, irrespective of caste, creed or colour United States.
The Sadhu Vaswani Mission was started in 1931 in Hyderabad-Sind (now part of Pakistan) by Sadhu Vaswani, whose universal outlook and philosophy of life revolved around the supreme ideal of reverence for all life, service to suffering humanity and cultivation of the soul.
With the partition of India, the Headquarters were shifted to Pune in 1950. After the passing away of Sadhu Vaswani (in January 1966), it was felt appropriate that the organization be re-named after the Founder Inflatable Slides. Originally, it was called the Brotherhood Association and since 1970, it is known as the Sadhu Vaswani Mission.
