The 'Kangsabati Development Employment & Service Trust' was formed for the empowerment and upliftment of those people, specially Tribals in West Midnapur district who were lagging behind in all spheres of life, in terms of higher education, employment.
To fetch all round development of the said people the 'Kharagpur Tribal Teachers' Training College' was established in the year 2003 in order to enforce quality education among the people. The Tribal Educational Complex is established where Mr. R. R. Kyndhia, The Central Minister-in-charge of development of North East Region and Tribal Welfare has taken initiative and has opened the process by physical appearance.
