Faculty of Management and Computer Application (FMCA) was established in 1999 under the aegis of Balwant Educational Society for imparting quality professional education to all sections of the society without any discrimination. In 2012, FMCA got upgraded as “Raja Balwant Singh Management Technical Campus, Agra” (RBSMTC, Agra). This technical campus is affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (formerly U.P.Technical University, Lucknow) and approved by AICTE, New Delhi for a number of value added professional courses like MBA, MBA (Tourism Mgmt.), MCA, MCA (Lateral Entry) and PGDM. The institute has been running MBA and MCA courses since 1999.

From the session 2017-18, the institute is also offering two 5 year Integrated courses namely, MBA (Integrated) and MCA (Integrated) for 10+2 passouts. The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and is affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow for these 5 year integrated courses.
