Neelam College of Education Jimjima, Joginder Nagar established in 2010. The campus of the college is pollution free and peaceful environment. College is located at a distance of near about 2 km from Joginder Nagar at Joginder Nagar to Mandi National Highway.
The college is housed in its own four stories spacious building with sufficient number of rooms, Comprising Classrooms, Laboratories, Library, Multipurpose hall, Common Room, Administrative Office, Staff Room Sports Room, the college has also separate Canteen facility.
The college has well-equipped Library with large number of standard books, both on education and on general subjects. It has a spacious reading room with sitting capacity of 100 students. College subscribes to most important magazines, journals and number of newspapers. There are encyclopadias on education besides other reference books and book band. It is managed by a well qualified librarian.
