Bhagwan Parshuram College of Education of the institutions Panipat District , aims to train and produce self – conscious, self- motivated, self-learning , self-directed, self-enlightened, self-assertive, self-confident, self-sufficient, self- reliant and self-ameliorated women who may assume variegated roles, rights and responsibilities like leadership, decision making , planning, organization , management etc. towards their family, society and country.

Shiva Shiksha Samiti , of which Bhagwan Parshuram college of Education is a part, consists of dedicated professionals and academicians who are selflessly and actively involved to the cause Education by providing infrastructure, land and facilities of the highest possible standards. Being the only Women College of Ambala District, the college has approval of National Council of Teacher Education, Jaipur and affiliation of Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and State Council for Education Research and Training, Gurgaon for B.ED. and E.T.T. courses. The college is guided by the Norms, Admission Criteria, syllabi and other Guidelines framed by Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and SCERT, Gurgaon from time to time.
Although in its infancy, the college with the vision and commitment of its management and highly qualified and professionally trained faculty extends a platform to let the students unveil their inherent and latent talents and there in contributes in their global development .viz. environmental, academic, physical , moral, social, cultural, spiritual, technological, economical, democratic, aesthetic and emotional by a distinctive combination of Academic Activities like Micro-Teaching , Mega- Teaching, Real-Teaching, Team- Teaching, Information Technology based Teaching etc. and Co-Curricular Activities like Extension Lectures, Assembly, Talent Show, Fine Arts Competitions, Debates, Declamation, Workshops, Exhibitions , Educational trips and tours , Visits to School for Special Children , Old Age Home, Orphanage, Panorama etc. In a way the Chief focus of the college is not only to develop teaching skills but also to develop living skills among teacher trainees.
