Rang Frah Govt. College came into existence in the year 1996 and is in Changlang district of Arunachal Pradesh. It is a co-educational college which is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University (Rono Hills, Itanagar). This is the only institute of higher education satisfying the needs of students in the Changlang district. The College is recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC) under section 2(F) and 12 (B) of UGC Act 1956.This recognition of UGC came in 2006 and the College received accreditation by NAAC with grade C in 2008.
