Student Facilities
Hostels
Separate girls and boys, fully furnished hostel facilities are available at the campus. AC / Non AC rooms in triple, double and single sharing options have been provided. All meals are included in the hostel fee. Please note that hostel accommodation is provided on first - come - first served basis.
Transportation
Pick and drop facilities are available from IFFCO Chowk Metro station to campus on Sohna Road, Gurgaon.
Other pickup/drop points shall be communicated in due course of time.
Training Kitchen
- When compared to other catering or Hotel management colleges, IIMT kitchen has the most state-of-the-art and sophisticated equipment .
- The entire kitchen is effectively air-conditioned and has a extremely good Exhaust system.
- More than 70% of all equipment is imported and would compare favorably with the best in the Industry.
- Well planned kitchen in terms of space utilization and work flow.
- The kitchen is suitable for both individual as well as quantity food cooking.
- There is provision for a Dish wash and pot wash.
- A small bakery unit can be added to the Kitchen as there is space available.
About Library
The Learning Resource Centre (LRC) is dedicated to the memory of late James W. Olson (Ex. Senior Vice President, Carlson Hotel Worldwide) without whose support the dream of the Shool of Hospitality & Tourism Management at IIMT would not have been realized. The state-of-art Learning Resource Centre (LRC) equipped with multimedia facilities is a student's delight. It uses Libsys Software, which is an integrated multi-user library management system that supports all the library activities. It is a lively place of the institute providing a safe, comfortable and friendly environment that enables learning and advancement of knowledge, and promotes discovery and scholarship.
It has a rich collection of over10,000 books, 200 video/audio cassettesand 1000 DVD/CD-ROMs on different subjects such as Business Management, Hotel Management and Information Technology. It houses 200 national and international journals. The LRC provides the facility to all users to browse the library collection through online catalogue-OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue). The LRC has also membership of different associations (ILA, MANLIBNET etc.) and libraries of Delhi/NCR.

The mission of James W. Olson Learning Resource Centre is to serve as the intellectual platform and facilitating resource of the institution, providing high quality academic and research materials, services and gateways to information to meet the needs of IIMT communities.

Cafeteria
The IIMT cafeteria or "Terrace" as it has been recently renamed, is responsible for providing all the staff and faculty of the college with healthy and nutritious meals on a daily basis. In addition, it also provides three square meals to students staying in the hostel of the college; these meals are available for the other students as well to purchase. Apart from the daily set menu, The Terrace also provides a variety of A La Carte items for purchase on order to students and staff. It is used for student functions as and when required and also in the training sessions on occasions.
Life at IIMT
At ISM, student life is not just about academic rigour.Life at ISM is a plethora of interesting, memorable and fun activities that embodies the true spirit of all round education. The co-curricular and extracurricular activities offer an opportunity for students to develop and augment their interests and passions through a multi-disciplinary approach.
