PSR Government Degree College, a reputed college of the region came into being in the year 2007 when the erstwhile GGDSD College was taken over by the Government of Himachal Pradesh. Since then the college has moved from strength to strength. The snow clad Dhauladhars provide a splendid panoramic backdrop to the college building. We at PSR Government Degree College are committed to impart quality education to the students. The college offers under graduate degree courses in three streams - Arts, Science and Commerce. To provide vocational impetus to the students, the college offers B.Sc. with Bio- Technology, BCA and BBA professional courses.
A plethora of co-curricular and sports activities are organized to stimulate the creativity and to maintain physical fitness of the students. The units of NSS, NCC, Red Ribbon and Rovers and Rangers instill a sense of social responsibility among the students.
