We are committed to impart quality education in our institute. In our endeavor to provide quality education, we provide practical exposure to the students. The institute offers a full time MBA programme, PGDM programme & BBA programme.
The MBA and BBA programme are affiliated to Kurukshetra University and the PGDM programme is an autonomous programme approved by AICTE, Govt. of India. The first year of MBA program & PGDM program comprises a core programme consisting of compulsory courses on the basics of every discipline in management aimed at developing a common foundation in management theory.
The second year of the course consists of electives designed to cater to students' interest and to develop proficiency in the area of their choice. In PGDM we also provide the modern dual specializations of IB, IT, Retail Management, Insurance & Risk Management alongwith the traditional specializations of Finance, Marketing, HR and Production.
The coursework also requires the completion of an internship between the two years lasting for a total of four to six weeks. Academic clubs focus on enhancing interest levels of students in business and related areas. JKIMT organize events; publish newsletters namely JK’s Mirror.
Extracurricular Clubs & Interest Groups are groups that cater to the non-academic aspects of life on campus. JKIMT provides a platform to budding managers to apply their skills in various games and events organised during the meet. The flagship events at JKIMT include Masterplan, the business plan competition; Bizquizzitive, a business quiz event; Mouse Trap, a business simulation event and Corporate Combat, a business strategy simulation event;
