The Trust has decided to launch one more Teacher Education Institute simultaneously with P. T.C. college. It will be named as "M. K. Institute of Secondary Teacher Education" to be launched and operative from June 2009, at Patan. Popularly known as B.Ed. college catering to training and orientation need of Secondary teachers of Gujarat, particularly of Patan and Mehsana District-Schools. The proposed B. Ed. college will be affiliated to Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University ,Patan, since it is mainly meant for Co-Education teaching. Preliminary formalities like N.O.C. from the Govt. of Gujarat and affiliation order by the said university are already obtained, and recognition by the National Council for Teacher Education, Bhopal is anticipated. It will be a unique B. Ed.College , entirely for female teachers with one years duration and following the syllabus as prescribed by the H. N. G. U., Patan. The medium of instruction would be Gujarati. However the students would be allowed to answer their question papers either in English or Hindi
