Rashtriya College of Education, Rohtak is run by Harkishan Education Society (Regd.) under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Harkishan Education Society has been successfully running a senior secondary school affiliated to C.B.S.E, Delhi since 1987 and has been producing excellent board results year after year since its inception. The members of the society are highly educated individuals dedicated towards the upliftment of the educational standard of the children of Rohtak and surrounding areas. Having tasted the fruit of success in providing quality education at school levels, the society members decided to take the next step and enter in the field of higher education.
With sufficient land on the Sonepat Highway, the required infrastructure has been created to start a college to provide B.ED course from this academic session 2007-2008.
The chairman of the society Mr. Davinder Rathee being a perfectionist himself will leave no stone unturned to ensure that the RCE [ Rashtriya College of Education] becomes one of the best colleges in its field
