S.P.S. Janta College of Education was established in 2007 in the memory of Sant Prem Singh Ji, Murale Wale (West Pakistan) who was a great Saint and social worker. His mission was to impart education in the rural and backward areas by opening of schools and Institutions of higher learning for providing education to the deprived section of the society. He dedicated his whole life for eradication of social evils among the society to bring at par to the down-trodden section of the society. It is a self–financed & Sikh Minority institution. The College is recognized by the N.C.T.E., Jaipur and affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra & SCERT, Gurgaon.
The College offers B.Ed (one year) & D.Ed (two year). The examination of class B.Ed. is conducted by the Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and D.Ed. is conducted by the Board of School Education, Haryana – Bhiwani.
We have 100 seats in B.Ed. and 50 seats in D.Ed. Our Students have fared well in all the examinations. The College is having a caring, friendly environment and offers a variety of co-curricular activities that contribute to the all-round development of young minds.
