Narmada College was established in 1954 by Narmada Education Society. The Founder of this college were Pt. Ram Lal Sharma and Late Rai Bahadur B. Chaterjee was the First Principal. The College was under taken by the Government on 01.July.1972 with a large campus of 22.67 acres. This college was affiliated to Dr. Harisingh Gaur University, Sagar till 02.Jan.1995, Later on the Affiliation was transferred to Barkatullah University, Bhopal. In the year 2002-03. this college was taken in Excellence category by the Madhya Pradesh Government. The college is acredited with the grade B+ by NAAC committee in the year 2004. The modern teaching methodology assists the students in getting an all around view of engineering, technology and the entrepreneur world. The diligent faculty team of the college possesses hands-on experience and up to date knowledge of their subject and area of expertise.
