It is managed by Shri S’ad Vidya Mandal, Bharuch beginning with Arts Faculty and then followed by the Science Faculty in 1958. Shree Jayendrapuri Arts and Science College is a Grant-in-aid, affiliated to Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, The college is UGC recognized under sections 2f and 12B.
