Kerala Baptist Bible College & Seminary (KBBCS) is located in the beautiful state of Kerala, about 150 kilometers north of Trivandrum, the capital city. KBBCS is a project of Independent Gospel Baptist Churches and the Associated Missions. The late Rev. Thakadiel S. Simon founded KBBCS in 1980 to train pastors and evangelists. At that time, the institution was known as Kerala Baptist Bible Institute. The college was upgraded to a degree granting Bible College in 1991. Since the formation of the college, KBBCS has produced over 300 graduates who are serving the Lord faithfully all over the world.
