Udalguri College is the only institute for higher education in the degree level situated at the district head quater of Udalguri. It offers education in Arts & Science streams.Being the only Degree college of the area , most of the students who are basically from poor economic background, find Udalguri College as the alternative for pursuing higher learning.It also offers education in the Higher Secondary level.Currently the College has an enrolment of over 3500 students. but with present infrasructure and minimum number of sanctioned posts(21 to be precise) accomodating such a large number of students and giving quality education is no less than Herculian task. However,due to the untiring efforts of the committed teachers and well wishers the College is steadily climbing the ladder of success with quality education being imparted to the students. It tries to offer the students an environment which leads to overall development of their potentialities, aspirations and personalities.

It is our endevour to enhance the accademic and extra-curricular activities of ours students and make the College a role model in the educational map of Assam.
