EMA is an institute to run maritime courses and established on the year 2000 in the bhubaneswar city. In order to provide technical education in the field of merchant navy, EMA was established. The courses being conducted at EMA is highly job oriented in the worldwide shipping companies, industrial sectors, steel plants, power plants, oil refinery etc.The young boys are motivated properly and trained in a disciplined manner to work with various national and international companies.The academy has been awarded ISO9001:2015 quality certification by academy of advancement vide their certificate no.AAA/O/Q/16.01
EMA is managed by institution of technical and educational organization (ITEO) trust which is Regd under govt. of Odisha. EMA provides ship owners, ship managers and ship institution their crewing requirement and maritime training at Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai and Cochin etc.govt. Of India authorize training institute, which gives maritime training. EMA is authorize to book pre-sea training courses approved by directorate of general of shipping, ministry of surface transport, govt. of India. EMA is tie- up with international maritime academy, Chennai for booking pre-sea training courses throughout Orissa. Euro management academy technology is a sister concern of EMA which is the study centre for alternative medical council Orissa for the award of Para-medical courses.
