Sahodaran Ayyappan Smaraka S.N.D.P. Yogam College started in June 1995, owes its existance to the far sighted vision of Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana Yogam, Kollam. This is an aided ollege affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam in memorial obeisance to the great philosopher and social reformer, Sahodaran Ayyappan, an ardent disciple of Sree Narayana Guru to provide better, higher educational facilities mainly for the backward classes of the region. The college offers degree courses in Business Administration, Computer Applications, Commerce and Post Graduate Courses in Bio-Technology (Aided), MSc. Computer Science, Msc. Physics and M.Com (un-aided) courses. The college has a splendid computer lab and a magnificent library. The Institution has a great tradition of producing meritorious students from its every inception.
