1. Shri Ramesh Chandumal Tulsiani, Settler
He is the founder of Tulsiani Builders & Textiles Pvt Ltd., a company engaged in real estate and manufacturing of textile yarn. He established the company in 1973. He was the settler of the Trust which was registered on 6th February 1989.

2. Smt. Suman Tulsiani
She is the wife of Shri Ramesh Chandumal Tulsiani, the settler and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mumbai University. She stood first with French & Psychology as principal subject. She is looking after the trust for its day to day working.

3. Shri Shripad Mukund Kuvelker
He is a Chartered Accountant by profession who jointly with Mr. Ramesh Chandumal Tulsiani formed Tulsiani Builders & Textiles Pvt Ltd. He is a shareholder & a Director with Tulsiani Builders & Textiles Pvt Ltd.

4. Shri. Raghuvir Sadashiv Kuwelker
He is a trustee of the Trust. He is a Mechanical Engineer by profession & holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration; He is a Director with Tulsiani Builders & Textiles Pvt Ltd. & looking after the Construction Division.
