Kongunadu College of Education was established by the Kongunadu Educational Charitable Trust in December 2007.This College was started with the noble aim of imparting Quality Teacher Education to the rural students who are socially and economically backward in this district. This is the first B.Ed., College started in this district.
      It is the benevolent management of “Kongunadu Educational Charitable Trust which takes utmost care in generating Value based Quality Teachers to the society under the dynamic leadership of Dr.PSK. R.Periaswamy., Chairman of this trust. This College is located in a conducive atmosphere near Thalamali Hills at Thottiyam, Trichy District, on the highway of Namakkal to Trichy.
