In pursuance to the order passed on the last date the Maharaja Chatrasal Bundelkhand University appears through its counsel Shri Aditya Khandekar. Shri Khandekar makes a statement to the effect that the said University is under law now authorized to grant affiliation to the institutes functioning in the area of its operation and for the first year B.Ed Course for the academic session 2015-1016 it has already been authorized by the Competent Statutory Committee to grant affiliation and vide notification dated 16.7.2015 and even earlier to that applications were invited for grant of affiliation. Initially, the applications were to be submitted by 15.7.2015, it was subsequently extended upto th st 20 July, 2015 and now it has been extended upto 31 July, 2015. Accordingly, he submits that if petitioner submits the requisite application form for affiliation before 31.7.2015. Their application would be consider in case they submit it after complying with the requirement of statutory rules along with requisite fees. He submits that the University is authorized to do so. Infrastructural facility for conducting the examination and other requirement are available with the University. Shri K. S. Wadhwa, learned Additional Advocate General on instructions from the Department of Higher Education submits that the University can grant affiliation for the first year of B.Ed. And for next academic session 2015-2016.
