Bhavani College of Education has been started from the academic year 2007-08 under Bhavani Educational Society with an intension of preparing good teachers by giving very promisive pupil teachers in the very backward area of Denkada Mandal in Vizianagaram District in Boddavalasa. As it is rightly said "Education is a powerful instrument for social change. To get a change in the existing society to give future citizens. Good quality teachers are highly essential. So taking inspiration from the words of D.S. Kothari. Chairman. Indian Education Commission (1964) that the destiny of Nation is made in the classroom. Our Bhavani college of Education takes the responsibility and opportunity to mould good teachers. Our college is situated at Boddavalasa village near 5th APSP battalion in Denkada Mandal of Vizianagaram district on the 43 no. Highway Vishakapatnam to Raipur. The college is situated in an area of 5 acres of land with very spacious building in a clam atmosphere without any public disturbances attached with Model School. The intake of the present and the first batch for the academic year 2007-08 is 100. Most of the student opted from Remote Tribal areas like Araku and Paderu. There are 1+8 teaching & 4+1 nonteaching staff. Our college has all the required facilities which are provided by Management as per the norms and guidelines of NCTE
