St. Mary’s College of Education is managed by the Good shepherd Educational Trust by its chairman Dr. M. Murthy and the registered office is at 21, Kambar Street, Teacher’s Colony, Erode Dist. Good Shepherd Educational Trust is a Chartable trust and we give education to students who really can’t afford to study and the down - trodden people. It is also doing the Gospel work and social work among the poor people especially in remote areas. It also involves in the activities like uplifting the widows, aged people, orphans and HIV patients. St. Mary’s College of Education is situated in Anthiyur-Bhavani Main Road, Bhavani(Tk), Erode Dist. It is 5km from Anthiyur town and 30km from Erode. The nearest Railway Station is in Erode and the nearest Air Port is in Coimbatore. There are frequent buses to and fro from in and around the college areas. The Parents & management interaction is there to know the know how of students behavior in the college and the parents will be informed the academic performance regularly. Our Motto is to give our students the best education, both theoretical & practical wise possible. So that when they pass out of our institution at the end of the academic year, they would be able to pass in the knowledge to the students they teach in future.
