GMERS Medical College Sola established under the Gujarat Medical Education & Research Society, Ahmedabad is affiliated to Gujarat University. It is recognized by Government of India and Medical Council of India to admit 150 students.

GMERS Medical College Sola, Ahmedabad was inaugurated by the Honorable Health Minister of Gujarat in 2009. The attached Civil Hospital Sola was inaugurated in 1986 and started providing general medical care with post partum services. Over the period hospital gradually got sanctioned into different specialties.
