This institution is named after the former supreme head of the Jacobite Syrian Church in India, H B Baselios Poulose Second, the Catholicose.
This institution is established in 2003 with a Vision and a Mission. The institution is governed by a charitable trust with H B Dr. Baselios Thomas I, Catholicose of the East as its Chairman and H G Joseph Mor Gregorios as its Manager.
