Govt. Tulsi Degree College was established in 1972 with the local efforts. The college was connected with A.P.S.University, Rewa in the same year. In the year 1986 the college went under Government. Initially this college has only Arts and Commerce streams but in 1990 Science stream was also started. Mission of college is 'to foster critical analysis by trainingstudents both in theory and practice so as to equip them with skills needed for facing global challenges with team work and human values. And to build quality network with the Industry, educationists and the society for exchanging knowledge'. The diligent faculty team of the college possesses hands-on experience and up to date knowledge of their subject and area of expertise.
